Pilot terms

This is a translation of the Dutch pilot terms. The Dutch text prevails. These terms apply to the use of SEOpera during its pilot phase.
The service
SEOpera is a product of VNX Digital and is in its pilot phase. VNX Digital gives no guarantee that the service is always available or free of errors.
Your account
Your account is personal. You keep your login details secret.
Use
You only scan websites that you own or for which you have permission. Abuse of the service and attempts to disrupt the service are not allowed.
Price
The price follows from the agreement or the quotation. This website states no price.
Liability
The liability of VNX Digital is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the damage. VNX Digital is not liable for indirect damage. Both limitations apply to the extent permitted by law.
Termination
You can cancel your account at any time. VNX Digital can end the pilot with one month's notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
